Shirlee Williams created Buddha Rider as a community space that celebrates life and everything it has to offer. She has created an environment in which she hopes people feel welcome, inspired and encouraged to reach heights they never thought possible.

All the teachers at the studio bring their own experiences and training to make Buddha Rider a unique studio. They have a real passion to teach and are motivated by the students that fill their classes. The studio works with children and adults of all levels and abilities.

Buddha Rider offers hot yoga classes in our new space that was created just for our Hot Buddha Flow classes. With radiant panels, cork floors and American Clay walls this room is sure to leave you feeling incredible.
