That Yoga Place

I have done yoga for several years now, but only on an intermittent basis. An injury preventing me from doing my usual weight workouts helped me to decide to participate in the most recent 30-day challenge at That Yoga Place. I already enjoyed the positive, friendly atmosphere both at the front desk and in the change room, and have always loved a challenge! I felt great knowing that I was staying as active as possible, but even more significant was the reduction in my stress level. I felt so much calmer at my busy job within a week! I am also experiencing increased flexibility, personal awareness and accuracy of poses which assists me to gain the most benefit from my practice. The understanding and kindness of all the staff has helped me to grow, rather than feel my current limitations. Meetings before and after the challenge helped me to connect with others, feel well prepared, and debrief afterwards. This support and professionalism demonstrated by Krista and all of the staff has had a great impact on my experience. THANK YOU so very much to everyone who has provided encouraging words, a warm smile, and a laugh. It feels so good to have found a place where I am as comfortable as my home. This is definitely the beginning of great things to come!
