Body Harmonics is the only place to come and get help people need in terms of their body issues. The teachers are well trained to provide comfort for people, who need to take private classes first. The other classes are great as well, however private classes first are the best introduction to get knowledge how our body works with different tools provided by the studio. This is the best place to get the right assessment first and then pick the right class. There is no better place to get help from M.A.T specialist Sue Ann, when our feet, legs or chest feel not the way we like. R.T.M Frances is a professional not easy to find, her precision to detail and knowledge about human body is the most impressive. Margot is the most perfect human being, to start and continue to expand the studios. People need to acknowwledge Body Harmonics as the number one place for wellbeing...

My favourite pilates studio in Toronto! The classes are always varied and interesting, and the studio is bright and spacious. The instructors are friendly and highly trained. And Frances is an excellent RMT!
