Harmony Fitness - Eglinton

Harmony Fitness is a class-based boutique fitness studio with 2 locations in mid-town Toronto. We first opened in 2010 and have been growing, moving, and shaking ever since. You can find your Harmony on Eglinton Avenue West (Forest Hill - Cedarvale) or on Orfus Road (Yorkdale - Downsview).

Harmony Fitness offers a wide variety of classes. Our core programs are Treadsanity, Chiseled, HIIT, and Pilates but we have over a dozen different classes for all types of athletes. All of our classes can be modified for any fitness level! To work out with us, you'll need to purchase a single class or a package. Once purchased, you can book your classes through Mindbody (see schedule). Our classes and packages are interchangeable between both of our studios.
