Mula Yoga

I was so looking forward to visiting this venue and attending the puppy yoga event! Puppies and yoga together, what could be better? When I arrived at the venue I was surprised at how quaint and inviting it was; however the gentleman working the front desk seemed the least bit enthused to be there, and was too focused on his phone to even answer a simple question. The yoga instructor only taught yoga for 35 minutes of the hour long class and then left. The puppies were definitely the highlight and the breeders were lovely. Very disappointed with how this was ran.

I was visiting family in Toronto for a couple of weeks and during that time I practiced at Mula with Hana and Jelayna. I had been out of practice for some months, and was unsure about vinyasa being mainly a Hatha kinda guy. Well, not only they reignited my practice when I flew back home, but I came to appreciate flow in a totally new way. Amazing space, beautiful feel, great instructions and brilliant sequencing and (OMG) the "zombie press ups"...I am adddddicted now!! Grazie mille. A
