Yoga is for everyone and its benefits are limitless. It is our mission to offer yoga that is accessible, that respects and honours diversity, and that fosters individual and collective well-being.

We are known for our welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, fun and challenging classes, professional and dedicated instructors, and the most beautiful studio space in the city. Our members and staff make this small business a community first, and we welcome all to join us. We offer Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Pre- and Post-natal classes, Massage Therapy, regular workshops to take your practice deeper, and a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training program every year. Union Yoga + Wellness was voted the Top Yoga Studio in Toronto in the 2016 and 2017 Top Choice Awards.

I've never taken a restorative class before; it was perfect and exactly what I'd hoped it be and what I needed. Sign up was easy and so was log in. Perfect class size and the instructor Kim was so welcoming and provided a calm and relaxed experience. Thank you.

Everyone is super friendly at the studio, I love coming here. There are a variety of classes offered and depending on how I feel that specific day it's amazing that I can decide to do a hot yoga/pilates class or a slow restorative class or a hatha class. And they all match up with my schedule perfectly since I work 9-5. Also the teachers have such good energy and skills, they often have a meditative approach which always relaxes and refreshes me for the better. Can't wait for yoga in the park this summer!

Gentle, kind people work there. There are a variety of classes that suit each person's style. Union Yoga offers a comfortable space to unwind from life's stresses. The teachers are competent and kind. I highly recommend ! Located on Bloor near Ozzy. (next to Shoppers Drug Mart) Check it out.

They consistently include meaningful teaching about the spiritual/emotional practice and not just the technical/physical aspects of the practice.
