The best place to practice ashtanga yoga. There are also very good pilates classes. The space is cozy warm, bright and very well maintained. The atmosphere of the place is ideal. Super professional teachers. There are also online classes.

I must say that the classes are very good...but more people sign up than can be in class and they don't say that...you have to fill out a form with 8 places...so it's almost impossible to have a face-to-face class and of course they do not indicate it when one joins and like everything else... joining is very easy. but to cancel you have to follow a step by step... which is so tangled that it is impossible and they keep deducting me for something what i can't attend
