The best place to practice ashtanga yoga. There are also very good pilates classes. The space is cozy warm, bright and very well maintained. The atmosphere of the place is ideal. Super professional teachers. There are also online classes.

I must say that the classes are very good...but more people sign up than can be in class and they don't say that...you have to fill out a form with 8 places...so it's almost impossible to have a face-to-face class and of course they do not indicate it when one joins and like everything else... joining is very easy. but to cancel you have to follow a step by step... which is so tangled that it is impossible and they keep deducting me for something what i can't attend

Very good place to practice, the beautiful room, excellent workshops with very good content. They don't ask you to register, which is something I really liked. Good atmosphere and good reception for new students, 100% recommended.

I have basic knowledge and I enrolled in the intro to ashtanga classes, but there is a teacher that every class talks 20-30 minutes about the same things and the training is nothing, it's like having a first class over and over again, no i learned nothing but what is nothing new, and i can't enter mysore either, because they don't teach you to get to that stage, so i couldn't continue.

Very good Ashtanga yoga center with different training modalities: introduction to yoga and Ashtanga yoga, functional training, guided classes, and mysore. If you are a beginner, it is recommended to first enter the mysore and introductory classes before embarking on the guided ones. The space is intimate, pleasant and has heating and a small store for food and accessories. The classes are demanding (which is normal in this type of yoga), they are taught by experienced teachers and they have a booking system live or online. It's my first time practicing yoga... and I wanted to start for ashtanga and it was really good. I was absolutely amazed with the basic workshop class. The teachers are very good, the place is beautiful... you feel at home and at peace. I recommend it 100%!

Undoubtedly a space of much learning and delivery by the teachers. It connects you with your most intimate side, a very nice connection is generated and with a lot of respect from your colleagues.
