The classes with Katherine are great, I highly recommend them, not only for the physical work of strengthening and posture correction, but most importantly for the generation of awareness towards our being as a whole, body, soul and spirit, in coexistence with us ourselves and our environment. I am very grateful to be able to have both group and private classes with her, as I have seen my body awareness progress and increased serenity during the day after meditating guided by her. 10/10

My yoga practice began in virtual mode in 2020 (in the middle of the pandemic) and until today I continue my practice at school, with the instructor's guidance it was possible to lose fear of asanas with a greater degree of complexity, generating progress and well-being . The instructor is an excellent teacher at a general level, not only focused on practice, since she incorporates different topics that makes us more aware, helps us to integrate yoga into daily life, with a good disposition, empathy, accomplished and responsible, I recommend the school.
