Spirit of the Horse

On this day, there will be an introductory session to yoga, meditation, and working with spirit animals. In the afternoon, participants will meet the horses and find out their stories. A transformational power animal drumming experience through the four elements will take you on a journey through the realms.

Camp day will start off slowly with a relaxing morning visiting the beautiful BriBri waterfall. After lunch, the group will ride to the stunning Punta Uva beach, the world's top five most beautiful beach. This will be followed by a short hike to the hidden look out over the ocean, and a ride back to beach camp where the overnight camp and bonfire will begin. When the day is done, you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep under the stars.

Take a swim in the sacred waters of the BriBri waterfall with a short walk through the jungle to discover these beautiful pools.
