With 12 rooms and a capacity for 32 guests, this intimate beachfront eco-resort offers the ultimate sanctuary if you’re seeking solace from the hectic world. Nestled off-the-beaten-path in the virgin Costa Rican rainforest of the Southern Osa Peninsula, guests have an endless selection of quiet places to meditate and reflect.
Only 50 meters away from the waves, you can see the private beach while practicing yoga from our elegantly designed second floor Yoga Studio. Onsite, there is also a chemical-free lap pool for an afternoon swim.
Yogic not only in design, Blue Osa encourages guests to be mindful by implementing a morning silence to a pre-dinner ritual of presenting the food during their freshly prepared organic farm-to-table communal meals.
For full relaxation, there is also a full-service spa offering Blue Osa signature facials and body scrubs. Massage practitioners offering therapies such as Thai and Deep Tissue Massage. A Chinese Medicine acupuncturist is also available.
Built from the ground up as a sustainable micro-grid that runs mostly on solar power, Blue Osa intends to leave the smallest carbon footprint possible.

Set on a remote beachfront location, this eco-resort houses up to 32 guests in 12 comfortable eco-chic rooms located in three main buildings along with on-site facilities: A column-free 1,350 square foot open-air YOGA STUDIO on the second floor of the yoga building overlooks our private beach.
A full-service ECO SPA with two treatment rooms. Each with a private, zen-like garden, and outdoor shower.The COCINA, an open kitchen and dining room. During your stay, we provide healthy, mostly plant-based meals that include freshly-caught fish and locally-raised meat and poultry. Coffee, tea, and purified water is available throughout the day.A LOUNGE AREA near the staff office features complimentary wireless internet access.
At Blue Osa we believe that nutritious, wholesome food is not only the foundation for a productive life but is also essential for a happy one. Food that nourishes our soul not only needs to be healthy, but it also needs to be tasty and delicious! Blue Osa is devoted to serving the freshest ingredients possible that are delivered daily to our kitchen.
Our locally-sourced red snapper and mahi-mahi are freshly-caught by neighboring fishermen. Whether it’s pineapple from the Blue Osa property or eggs from the farmers down the road, all produce supports the local economy.
Loving hands knead homemade bread, gardeners gather herbs from the greenhouse, and knowledgeable chefs create a gourmet menu under the guidance of Chef Marie.
