I was looking for an experience that was going to help me center, get to know me better and quiet the noise of my day to day reality. I’ve never been on a retreat before and have only been practicing yoga for a few years. I wanted to understand the practice better from the ground up and maybe learn some better constructive cues to my beginners practice and to find a place in the yogi world that I could bring back and begin to master.
Liz guided me to a place for all of those things and so much more that I could never repay her by anything material or any amount of words. But by sharing this form of love she gave us to as many hearts I come across in my path. She designs her curriculum in the most beautiful and ascending way. From the morning hour to evening hour, each step has a purpose. From the first asana class to the last…you embody internal fulfillment. Vibrational Bliss. Loving awareness.
Thank you endlessly Liz, Naga and the Kitchen Goddesses and to all of the Jungle staff! ☀️

The time I spent at Two Rivers Sanctuary was transformative for me. Not only because of the content of my retreat, a women's pelvic-heart connection yoga retreat, but because of the accommodations, food and staff at the Sanctuary. The casitas were beautiful and comfortable and clean. The flora and fauna of the Sanctuary was so alive and vibrant. Living among the Howler monkeys and White-faced Capuchins was a special treat. The food was beyond delicious and very filling. It awakened all my senses. The staff are so kind. The vibe of kindness and respect is palpable. I could go on and on. I thank Naga, Liz, and all of the staff and residents from the bottom of my heart for providing such a loving retreat space. Pura Vida!!

I had one of the most amazing retreats of my life at Two Rivers. It was the perfect space and atmosphere for the women's Pelvic-Heart Connection I participated and taught at. I witnessed first hand and in my sisters, a deepening into our scared selves. We removed so much of the noise from modern-day life and returned to our great Mother Gaia. I felt held, nourished, taken care of, and loved. Thank you to Naga and Liz for creating and holding such a beautiful container! You are appreciated!!

I am still processing all the beyond amazing knowledge..humanity..love...self awareness..humility...I experienced this June...in addition to the magnificent beauty of living with nature in the Jungle..the incredibly nourishing and delicious food that allowed me to reunite with being touch with my body..and missing my teachers Liz, Naga, Dave, the amazing kitchen staff that took such wonderful care of us and my incredible jungle sisters....

Words won’t be enough to convey the incredible experience I had at the Sanctuary! I came here to do my 200 YTT and got an unforgettable experience, excellent education, and confidence in my intention to teach. And so-so much more in terms of experiences and learning how to live! It was inspiring to learn from Liz. She is a superb teacher and it is obvious how much she cares for her students and yoga. I got a well rounded education about yoga, teaching, and living. Living at the sanctuary, with amazing-amazing healthy food. A lot of attention was given to every meal, which looked like art. In addition to learning about yoga and how to teach, I learned about a healthy lifestyle that is attuned to nature and what my body needs. My days were spent in a beautiful jungle, sleeping in great, comfortable, and beautiful rooms that got a lot of sun and moon and which made me feel like I was one with nature, while feeling protected. It is an incredible experience and I recommend the 200 YTT to anyone who is considering. I don’t think I’d be getting such an experience — in terms of the teachers, practicing yoga, eating amazing food, living in such a beautiful place — in other places. Don’t hesitate! Go for it!!
