Yoga can have a positive life-changing effect on anyone willing to simply roll out their mat and open their heart to it. This is a firmly held belief of the founders of Jala Flow Yoga, Tom and Louise Hunt, who met while practicing at the same studio. Together, they have been able to combine their energies and build their dream, making Jala Flow Yoga a sanctuary for others to fulfil their dreams too.
Jala Flow Yoga offers a truly dedicated space to practice for those of all experience, knowledge and interests. Set in an attractive grade II listed building, conveniently located on the High Street, we are fortunate to have the space to be able to offer an extensive variety of styles of yoga, meditation and therapy , as well as workshops, retreats and training.
Jala translates to water. And the spirit of Jala runs through this beautiful studio, based just a moments’ walk from the beach, in the stunning South Devon Coastal Town of Sidmouth.
During this retreat, you will stay at either the beautifully furnished Royal Faulkner Hotel or at Sidmouth Hotels. Royal Faulkner Hotel The hotel has stunning seaviews at the center of Sidmouth’s elegant esplanade. You will be no more than a moments’ walk from the studio, as well as the seaside, restaurants, and all other activities. Sidmouth Hotels Sidmouth Hotels have three hotels next door to each other, all located along Sidmouth’s esplanade with stunning views across the Jurassic Coast. Stroll along the beach, build a sandcastle, go rock pooling, rambling along the coast, or just relax on the beach. The beach, town, and countryside are on the doorstep.
During this retreat, you will be served two daily meals including breakfast and dinner. In addition to that, you will also be served an afternoon tea every day.
Arrival by airplane Please book your flight to arrive at Exeter International Airport (EXT). Arrival by train You can take the train and arrive at the nearest train stations, Honiton and Exeter.
