Alisha is brilliant, I really enjoy the Barre classes, I have signed up to Barre Challenge and have been doing Barre 3 x per week, and it’s making a difference to my body shape already. Alisha is very professional and guides you all the way so you have the correct form to get the best out of your body, the last Barre HIT class I did was today and I burnt over 300 calories! More than a spin cardio session. Love it
