Helena truly is an incredible yoga teacher. I got in touch as after a long seven year journey from being bed bound to depending on a wheelchair to finally gaining some mobility from a huge range of different therapies. It was important for me to have a form of exercise that would help me calm my central nervous system and maintain my progress within pain reprocessing therapy. Any further strength and toning was desirable but not as essential as keeping myself grounded and calm. Helena understood the brief and more so. Before I fell ill, I used to attend many yoga classes and none of them have had the same impact on my mind and body as Helena’s has had. I’m am beyond grateful for the way Helena tailored her sessions to my needs and the recordings of the classes have become my daily go to. I’ve seen more progress on my mind and body from this daily practice than from any of my physio and psychotherapies over the years. As someone with debilitating anxiety, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to stay focused on the classes. However, Helena is such a wonderfully warm and non judgemental person that her positive and compassionate energy had me focused from the get go. Her prompts throughout the class kept my mind in check and in the space it needed to be to gain the most from our sessions. Every pose was adapted to my needs and didn’t make me feel limited in any way at all. She really thinks of everything and thanks to her guidance I’ve been able to balance in ways that wasn’t even possible when I was fully able. I cannot recommend Helena Morley Yoga highly enough. I cannot see how anyone wouldn’t benefit from her work. If you have any mobility issues do not hesitate to book some time with Helena, you will not regret it! I look forward to booking my next block in the future and feel really hopeful for my future ability to become more able bodied and live a life much less ruled by anxiety. Thank you so much Helena!

I have been doing yoga classes with Helena for a year now, I have taken part in her pregnancy yoga class, post-natal and Body Sculpt. She is an excellent teacher and I always feel brilliant after one of her classes. I highly recommend the pregnancy class if you are expecting, it really helps with those pregnancy ailments and gives you time to focus on your body and the amazing job it’s doing.
