I don't get to Sam's classes often enough, and I really enjoy them! He's got a happy and gentle but interesting way of teaching, that somehow leads you into doing strong and energetic moves! Beautiful new studio space too.x

Great instructors, patient and just attentive enough, good pace of class with enough to keep you on your toes but still relaxed enough to take a load off. Second visit will definitely be back.

Amazing fantastic classes in the city centre. Studio is clean and warm. I've been to classes with 5 different teachers (not including myself!😉) and they are all great fun and super knowledgeable! 😊🧘♂️🧘♀️🙏🙏🙏

I love these guys! The studio is a beautiful peaceful place, I can highly recommend the classes and workshops - I went to the one on Christmas Eve and it was a super relaxing way to start the festive season! 🙌🏼🧘🏻♀️
