I don't get to Sam's classes often enough, and I really enjoy them! He's got a happy and gentle but interesting way of teaching, that somehow leads you into doing strong and energetic moves! Beautiful new studio space too.x

Great instructors, patient and just attentive enough, good pace of class with enough to keep you on your toes but still relaxed enough to take a load off. Second visit will definitely be back.

Amazing fantastic classes in the city centre. Studio is clean and warm. I've been to classes with 5 different teachers (not including myself!😉) and they are all great fun and super knowledgeable! 😊🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️🙏🙏🙏

I love these guys! The studio is a beautiful peaceful place, I can highly recommend the classes and workshops - I went to the one on Christmas Eve and it was a super relaxing way to start the festive season! 🙌🏼🧘🏻‍♀️

Knowing Sam and Shell for a while now, I am super happy for them having the opportunity living the dream of providing an own yoga studio. The studio is super sweet, very central and close to the train station and the class schedule offered is very balanced. If you want to have an energizing morning flow you will findsatisfaction as well as if you're longing for a sweet melting yin class. All props provided. Wonderful! Love the balance of asana and philosophy within the classes. May it grow and flourish. The best of luck for you two. Xxx

Loved my class here last Saturday. EXCELLENT teaching in a wonderful studio. Convenient central location and a wonderful warm buzz to the place. Would highly highly recommend. Going to bring my girlfriend along next week!

This is a fantastic studio right in the heart of the city. It's absolutely perfect for either pre and post working sessions and importantly, they offer lunchtime sessions which help you avoid the post lunch slump and improve your focus in the afternoon. Sam and Michelle, the owners are experienced and caring teachers who offer a variety of classes. This is a real gem.

Amazing studio, amazing classes and amazing teachers. I particularly like the fact that there are two classes at different times over lunch and they are both 45 minutes which allows me to be really flexible and fit in a session in my lunch break! Perfect!

Fantastic classes with outstanding teachers. They are really attentive and classes push you but not to a level you are uncomfortable with. Teachers really know their stuff, and the classes are really inspiring and relaxing.

Everything about Sheng Yoga is what I imagine a yoga space needs to be; Welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, highly-skilled teachers and loads of different types of classes all day/week to suit anybody. I went to mens yoga on a Wednesday night and really felt the class really helped me towards building practical strength, flexibility and a calm mind. So ideal that it's right in the city centre as well!

Sam is an experienced yoga teacher who adapts classes to those there. He has a vast knowledge of yoga so he can bring diversity and creativity to classes. It's always fun, there's always lightness and he gives amazing hugs
