We offer Mysore style Ashtanga yoga 5 days a week from 6:30am,We are a vibrant, growing ashtanga yoga London Bridge community. We opened our doors in 2009 and have developed into a highly regarded week day early morning ashtanga yoga mysore space which allows you to come and practice yoga whenever you are able to. Over the years we have welcomed hundreds of people, both local & international, through our doors to learn authentic ashtanga yoga that greatly benefits their lives.
The continued ambition of our highly experienced & trained teachers is to help, encourage and nurture you to gain the greatest benefit in your life through practicing yoga. We also host workshops with some of the foremost national & international teachers of ashtanga yoga and mindful practices.

Stillpoint Yoga London – our story
Stillpoint Yoga London is a dedicated early morning yoga space located in the heart of London Bridge. Close enough to the hustle and bustle yet far enough away to be able to find stillness and calm, the space was set up in 2009 by Ozge Karabiyik and Scott Johnson. Their vision was to nurture students, both new and existing, in the inspirational practice of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga and to create a new space in London for the Ashtanga yoga community to grow.

We are committed to teaching the traditional self practice method of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Guruji, Sri K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, as it is this method that bears the most fruit in ones practice of Ashtanga yoga. Instilling inspiration yet discipline at the same time we encourage each practitioner to practice to their own unique level, whether complete beginner or seasoned practitioner.
SYL teachers are all highly trained individuals committed to the practice of Ashtanga yoga through the fire of their own daily practices and through continued development with their own teachers. They all believe in the power of Ashtanga yoga to be integral to the waking up of the body and mind through consistent inspired practice.SYL also holds workshops, retreats and events that align with the transformational environment we create and nurture.
