I've just finished Kates beginners to yoga course and I really enjoyed it. Kate was informative, engaging and her instructions were easy to follow and the classes flowed well (no pun intended)! I was nervous to join on my own however all but one couple came alone and everyone was friendly, of all age groups and abilities. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be going back :)

I started with Kate's beginners class at Kingston Park which is worth doing to get a grasp of the basics. I've now moved on to the Tuesday class at Brunton park. I love it. Kate is brilliant. She has a huge amount of knowledge and experience ensuring that everyone can work at their own level. She is very relaxed and welcoming with everyone in the class so I've never felt uncomfortable if I don't feel I can manage something. Even when I don't feel like going to class I always feel great when I'm finished. I would recommend one of Kate's classes to anyone whether you are experienced or wanting to try yoga for the first time.

Classes are relaxed, peaceful, fun and very inclusive. Always feel comfortable, can challenge yourself or not within the class depending on your energy level or experience. I have been coming to Kaleidoscpe classes for a few years now, and Kate has such a great way of teaching and making the classes so engaging. Can’t recommend highly enough if you are looking for a yoga class to give you that much needed ‘time out’ once a week.
