I am so pleased I gave Rachel’s one to one session a go. I have been very reluctant to go to Pilates groups and exercise as I have not exercised for many years due to I’ll health, so Rachel’s one to one sessions have been perfect for me. She was able to modify exercises to meet my abilities and needs and I was surprised by how much I could actually do with the right guidance. Rachel is amazing, so knowledgeable and actually made it great fun too. Would highly recommend and wished I’d done it sooner

Ive attended Rachel’s Pilates class since May 2021 when I was looking for something to help with my anxiety. I look forward to the class each week knowing for that hour I will be calm and focused, whilst also having the benefit of doing exercise. Rachel is a great teacher, patient, understanding and adapts any moves if required. I would recommend Rachel’s Pilates class to everyone and so pleased I’ve stuck at it!

I started Rachel’s Pilates class after cancer treatment and surgery. Struggling with range of movement and pain I felt despondent about my fitness and flexibility. Rachel is fantastic, knowledgeable, understanding and her classes are inclusive and friendly. I absolutely love her sessions.

I've been going to Rachel's pilates classes for 2 years and I love it. Rachel is a fab teacher. She takes time to explain each movement and demonstrates before we all have a go. She gives alternatives so that you can push yourself if you want to try a more advanced move or an easier one. I have a couple of injuries so Rachel always tells me which moves I should avoid. I've definitely toned my belly up through pilates and I've also noticed I've suffered from less back pain. I always come out of the class feeling like I've had a full body workout and I also feel calm after a stressful day

Had a great one to one session with Rachel. I had a problem with my back and was a bit worried I wouldn't be able to do this, but Rachel was very knowledgeable and reassured me. She changed some of the exercises to accommodate me, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hour's exercise I had. I felt good afterwards, and my confidence was increased. Would recommend her to anyone.
