Yoga Embrace

Absolutely love Yoga embrace. Victoria is a wonderful teacher with a huge amout of knowledge and passion for yoga. The studio is a little bit calm in my hectic life. The time table provides lots of choice and I highly recommend the sound bath on a Monday evening.

When i first walked into the studio with fibromyalgia, i was terrified, i could barely move my body, was easily disoriented, and with super stiff muscles from all the tension that had built up for the past decade! Victoria reassured me right away, and told me to only do what i can, and not to push to far too soon, i would need to build up strength and mobility of my muscles again (having previously been a dancer). So this i did. After 2 years of dedicated, consistent practice, i can now bend into shapes i did not even know the body could pull off! Its phenomenal. The muscle strength and durability i now have is nothing short of a miracle. And its all thanks to my amazing teacher WHO UNDERSTANDS ME and the way my odd body moves. I now trust her magic hands to adjust me into any shape or form…. As yes your body will… eventually 😁🙏 Would highly recommend this ambient and relaxing studio, to anyone wishing to have an hour to themselves again, an escape from reality, or a retreat for the soul.

I have attended Victoria’s classes for nearly two years in person and on zoom during lockdown, and highly recommend Victoria to anyone considering yoga as a excellent yoga instructor. She is warm and welcoming to everyone and teaches in a calm and easy manner, modifying poses to an individuals need and explaining the method and theory of her teaching. I always look forward to the meditation and relaxation part of the sessions as Victoria has such a calming voice, and have really benefited from her teaching both physically, mentally and spiritually.

Victoria’s classes are perfect for beginners who want to learn about the yoga practice & may be too shy to go to classes. I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped foot in the class. Victoria is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the yoga field. Learned so much and will be definitely be attending sessions at the new studio!

Started yoga for the first time with Victoria a couple of months ago. Classes are really good, at an easy pace to follow for beginners and something a bit different every week. Victoria explains the practice really well. Overall have felt more relaxed & has helped with tension issues in my neck and shoulder. Would defo recommend trying Victoria’s classes

Victoria is an excellent yoga instructor catering for the very beginner up to the more advanced. She explains everything very clearly as she goes in a lovely calm, relaxing way and you come out of her class feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed.

Victoria is an amazing Yoga instructor. She makes everyone feel welcome. Her classes are friendly and as a beginner I had no problem following the class. I would highly recommend her classes.

Victoria has a very calming manner. She is very knowledgable and informative about her practice. I find her classes push me physically but are also very relaxing. I always leave the class felling wonderful.

Fantastic yoga teacher have been doing Vicki's yoga for about 18 months. Her yoga sessions are always varied and she explains all the different yoga positions and always gives alternatives.

Victoria is professional and describes every move before commencing so you receive the correct pose, I would highly recommend her class for all ages from beginner to advanced 👍🏻😃
