Yoga Hatha - Body Gravity
A flow of sweetness, intense and painless ... Traditionally Hatha Yoga gathers all the postural practices of yoga, namely that this practice is specific to the needs of each and varies according to the days, seasons, ages. The proposed approach allows to work gently and intensely on the body by a chain of postures, in rhythm with the breathing. Each inspiration / expiration is an opportunity to come and explore its sensations, to practice consciously by adjusting to the rhythm and the needs of the body without challenge but with concentration and intention.
VINYASA means the movement accompanying the breath. This dynamic practice proposes a sequence of postures according to a flow, based on a type of breathing called Ujjaye and which allows to lengthen the breath. Attention is focused on the central areas of the body, around the perineum, the navel, maintaining these zones activated throughout the practice. The rhythm stimulates the body by creating internal warmth while maintaining a conscious and fluid approach. Hatha Yoga Lessons:
It is above all a moment of well-being for oneself. One finds oneself, one reconnects oneself to its true nature in a chain of postures (asanas) in softness and fluidity. The mind is soothed. Yoga adapts to each individual in its current condition, it allows to open physically and mentally for a better balance in everyday life. The movement arises on the breath, the postures vary, in full awareness of the moment. The final relaxation allows the body and the mind to assimilate the changes. A real joy!
Yin Yoga Courses:
An invitation to calm and let go. It is a very gentle practice that can be intense as it acts in depth. One slips into a posture in which one travels between 3 and 5 minutes. Breathing helps to stay in the present moment and undo the knots, tensions accumulated over time. Yin Yoga acts on the connective tissues, the relaxation of the muscles is sought. The freedom of movement is greater than what one imagines. The mind relaxes with the body in a beautiful moment of introspection.
