THE PILATES METHOD The Pilates method is a gentle method of strengthening postural muscles. It unites the consciousness and the work of the muscles of the abdomen and the perineum which, together with the respiration, make it possible to obtain a solid abdominal strap. This strap then functions as a true holding sleeve, thus allowing easier realization of all the gestures of everyday life. Pilates is about quality and comfort for a long time. SYLVIE DUFOUR A jazz dancer, I discovered Pilates in 2006. I am then the formations of LEADERFIT and SETSTUDIO. It was a real revelation for me and it became a daily occurrence. To this day, I am a graduate INSTRUCTEUR PILATES and certified FORMATEUR PILATES for LEADERFIT. I continue to train myself by regularly attending courses in Paris and since May 2017, I am Professor of the MK Pilates method at the helm.
