Looking for a place to deepen yoga improve your practice, know you better, and possibly prepare you for teaching yoga? Welcome to the EFY! In 40 years, about 3,000 people from all cultural backgrounds and of all ages, have done as part of the EFY the most diverse backgrounds, experiencing the wealth of yoga as a path of transformation. Some teach, some not.But they lived the motto of the school: The spirit takes body and the body regains the spirit.

The French School of Yoga, training organization member of the Federation of Vocational Training offers courses and deepening of self-knowledge and training curriculum to teaching yoga.

The practice of yoga meets many motivations: wellness physical and psychological , existential adaptation passages, open to forms of spirituality , etc. The school thus has many different aims:
