My dearest wish is that the studio Om Sweet Om is a house where people of all ages, of all sizes and from all backgrounds can enjoy the benefits of yoga. Once you agree on the yogic path to simplify your life, you strengthen muscularly, increase your flexibility, lose weight, gain energy and find your balance while coming to you simply through practice.I hope to help you connect to your divine hand, your light, your beauty, your strength and your ability to live in joy and love.

• At Om Sweet Om, no subscription, each teacher is independent. You will find their PRICES on their page in the PROFS Price solidarity: no subscription, low rates, quality education.
• Compassion : The golden rule, give the best of yourself and be aware of each person.
• Professional ethics: mandatory prerequisites in the selection of each player wishing to give her lessons at Om Sweet Om.
• Stakeholders diplomas are available in every studio.

STUDIO 15

In late February 2016, Om Sweet Om has set up a new space. Smaller than the other two, the Studio 15 aims to accommodate small groups. It also allows therapists , Om Sweet Om or elsewhere, to have a nice place to receive their clients in individual sessions.

In addition to yoga equipment, the Studio 15 is equipped with a massage table, a chair, a desk and a flip chart, making it scalable.Making you discover a wide range of alternative therapies and personal development tools, I would allow you to choose the practice that suits you best, the one that fits your needs and your personality and help you achieve your goals.

STUDIO 17

In September 2015, Studio 17 opened alongside the Studio 19. The space is primarily dedicated to yoga, but also offers many courses and workshops on weekends.Choose yoga that suits you: gentle or dynamic, active or meditative, sung or danced ...Choose the teacher that you want to advance your practice.Select the day and time to suit you. What counts is to feel connected here and now.I wish you to experience great emotions in motion, interior and together.

STUDIO 19

Om Sweet Om inaugurated its first space in October 2013.Studio 19 was born from a desire to introduce yoga to the greatest number, enabling all those who wish to be in a welcoming, calm, gentle and warm.I decided to open my house and invite those who wish to come to practice at home, with ease, every night of the week. More and more teachers joined the Studio 19 since the fall of 2013, weekdays and weekends, to now occupy other parts of this great house, to my delight.
