Pilates / Postural Gym In our society one person in two suffers from back, shoulder, neck, knee ... Most of the time this is due to poor body alignment and muscle imbalance. The correct position is one that stabilizes the body in a static condition, with the least possible muscular effort. In the dynamic phase, the best posture is that which generates the coordinated, harmonious and ergonomic movement of the segments of the body without unnecessary and parasitic contraction. With regular work in Pilates / Gym postural, one will understand why it is absolutely necessary to tone or stretch more certain muscles unlike others that are usually dealt with. The aim of this course is to be progressively on the bone aplomb which allows to relax the useless tensions of the superficial muscles and to take charge of the posture by deep muscles. In this class you will use balloons, elastics and straps (Toguball, Theraband, ...) to be able to adapt the exercises individually. Hatha Yoga Hatha-yoga is a global approach based on the practice of postures and breaths in a state of relaxation and attention, respecting the capacities of each one. The register of postures (asanas) is organized in 8 families: stretching, extension, flexion, inclination and rotation of the spine; balance; support on arms; inversion. Postures are usually performed first by gentle repetitions and then maintained static. They can be integrated into short dynamic sequences. The movement is always guided by the breath and realized with consciousness. The practice of a posture is followed by a time of observation, without judgment, of the effects on the body. The whole of the postural and respiratory work leads to the sitting or the relaxation, which closes a session. Thus, yoga helps to maintain and improve physical abilities, concentration and letting go. The goal is not performance. The intention is to move towards greater harmony of body and mind. The effects are well-being, greater availability, better efficiency and a fairer presence in action and inaction. Hatha Flow The Hatha flow coordinates the breath to a sequence of fluid postures that succeed each other gracefully in a continuous movement. This yoga practice strengthens the body and circulates energy. It also allows the mind to be constantly concentrated on physical energy. Softer sequences will balance the dynamic work of the course and end with a guided relaxation to recharge the body and mind in the Hatha Yoga tradition. These courses are accessible to all, practicing experienced and beginner.
