The yoga retreats and meditation from a 6-day period are open for ambitious beginners and practitioners confirmed. However, to participate in a retreat of 15 days, it is necessary to have already practiced with us. Also, if you are over 60 or if you have particular difficulties, we ask you to do a course at our center in Paris before enrolling in your first retirement.
