ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a physical and dynamic school of yoga developed by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, who has greatly contributed to the expansion of yoga in general in the world.
Vinyasa means synchronizing movement with breathing. All of Ashtanga poses are linked by transitions in which each movement is synchronized to inspiration or expiration.
