Yogamania Yoga Studio

Yogamania aims to share knowledge and to practice yoga and other disciplines of well-being and self-knowledge to bring well-being and personal development to its members.

Yogamania organizes courses, internships and training in business and for individuals (adults, kids and teens, pregnant women, seniors). We offer courses specially adapted to people through periods of illness to help them relax and reconnect with their inner being and help them in their recovery. This project dear to our heart can emerge as soon as a small group will be formed, the day and time will be to define the group according to their constraints.

The association was created on the initiative of graduates yoga teachers of the French Federation of Hatha Yoga created by Shri Mahesh. Shri Mahesh devoted dice 1958 in the teaching of traditional yoga and dissemination ofn culture in France. The team has grown to over meetings, and currently has twenty teachers representing several complementary disciplines: Yoga (different approaches are proposed), Pilates, meditation, Qi Gong, Relaxation therapy. The association organizes today in Versailles yoga classes, pilates, meditation, relaxation therapy and Qi Gong meets the expectations of all. In Paris, they are yoga and pilates are available for now.

THE TEAM

Yogamania has a team of about twenty accredited teachers. Each teacher provides leadership regular group lessons to accompany groups of students on an annual and multi-annual work. To participate in courses of different teachers greatly enriches practice. Each teacher gives students a way to do according to its own path. Students thus benefit from a wealth of course by experience, the personality of each teacher.
