After a few months of regular yoga, fascia yoga and Pilates, I am almost pain-free and can sleep again. Juri is a great teacher and can convey his philosophy to every student. I can only say thank you and recommend. A therapy, but you have to want it and without medication, great!

The studio is a wonderful oasis and the yoga training is great! Juri is a very authentic and competent teacher. The offer is very varied and has a positive effect on several levels for me. The clear instruction through the lessons enables a beautifully flowing training. The calm and joy that Juri radiates are contagious. I wouldn't want to miss my weekly yoga training!
