I got to know this meditation through the Coursera platform, where I completed the course "Meditation: A Way to Achieve Your Goals in Life" conducted by Dr. Lee. The course was very well-structured and provided a comprehensive overview of the methodology of this meditation, its purpose, and the available academic research.
Afterwards, I contacted different centers in Europe since there is none in the city where I live, and I decided to choose the one in Berlin. From the very beginning, I have received exceptional treatment, and the guides have always been extremely kind, patient, and accommodating to my needs (also linguistically). The method itself is meticulously structured, and provides a gradual sense of improvement, calmness, peace and enlightenment. Additionally, the center offers various schedules for daily meditations and weekly personal support.
After meditating at this center for 4 months, I must say that I have experienced numerous benefits. I am gaining a better understanding of how the mind and body function and learning to detach myself from false beliefs and attachments I previously held. Moreover, I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my sleep.
The Berlin center and its wonderful guides have played a vital role in helping me achieve these benefits. I am immensely grateful for their support and guidance.
