Hi!yoga Berlin Monumentenstraße Berlin - Balanceboat is a business in Yoga Studio category. The Yoga Studio is located at Monumentenstraße 23, 2nd backyard, ground floor, 10965 Berlin, Germany
I come here often to do Power Pilates and I have mix feelings about this place.
On one hand, the teachers are very sweet, the place is big and cozy, they provide all the materials (including a mat), and have a small kitchen with self service of tea and cookies. Also the classes are challenging and well organised.
On the other, the class is way overcrowded. When you arrive a bit later it's very hard to find a spot. The mats really reek, so much that I took the stench back home. They also do online classes in parallel, so this forces the teachers to be on the same spot and don't come by to correct here and there, which I find very important to avoid injuries or make the most of it.
Because of this, I am now only booking when the class is not (nearly) full, which is less and less often.
I would advise the owners to rethink the space they have (maybe, just maybe, 26 people is a bit much). If you want to keep the classes online, maybe get an assistant to the teacher. And, very important, impose the use of towels. The smell of the mats, even disinfecting, it's a bit much.

I feel like I’ve stepped into the coziest of yoga temples. I sipped some tea and then had a truly wonderful class with Ruby: her Yinyasa class truly grounded me to focus on my breathing and spaghettify those muscle aches that arise during the week, all with her guidance and encouragement to go the extra mile or spice things up a bit.
Now attend online but coming back is always a treat to say the least!

It’s a nice studio however there is a such a strong smell which makes it really unpleasant and distracting to follow the class. I hope they find a solution quickly to solve this because I really enjoyed the classes.

I’m very proud to work as a teacher for Hi!Yoga Berlin. The staff was very welcoming since my first trial. The studio is lovely and there is a very nice community behind that. Very happy to say that I really recommend Hi!Yoga. Thanks so much to the stuff Sophie, Katha and Jil♥️

Today was my first time at Hi Yoga. I was visiting a full body barre class. Being honest I was a bit disappointed because the teacher showed up only 3 minutes before the class started, we needed to rearrange our mats 3 times because we didn’t got exact instructions how to place them. The reps of the exercises of the teacher were different on each side and there were no corrections. In between the class there were breaks where the teacher was not talking, pouring herself some water or checking on the equipment. As I am also a teacher I view this from a different angle but sadly I would not come back to this class event tho I love barre. Anyway she was very nice and calm.
