Iyengar Yoga School

I've been looking for an Iyengar yoga school for a long time where I feel comfortable and in good hands. With Petra I found what I was looking for - small groups in which everyone can develop individually, an attentive and very experienced teacher with a lot of knowledge about yoga and the human body. Due to the small groups, there is always a certain amount of individual support - Petra goes into the physical requirements and limits of her students in class and explains the techniques and processes in the body very well and understandably. The lessons are varied and I learn something new for myself every time. I can only recommend Iyengar yoga and this studio to anyone who wants to do something good for themselves. �

I have been a student of Petra Hebeler for many years and can fully recommend this yoga school. Petra has a sound education and expertise as a yoga teacher. Her additional years of experience make her teaching absolutely valuable to me. The individual students are always addressed individually, so that everyone can benefit. I particularly like that there are no usual drop-in classes, but fixed groups that can develop together over a certain period of time. Petra's lessons are demanding, great importance is attached to precise alignment and exact practice. But everything with a lot of heart and fun in the matter! :-)

Best Iyengar Yoga School in Berlin! Great attention is paid to precise alignment and the respective further development of the students. Small groups and the first-class commitment of the teacher have greatly advanced my practice and my development as a yoga student. There are always new impulses that are conveyed really excellently by Petra. There are very graphic descriptions of the individual exercises - the implementation is suddenly very easy. Petra's lessons are highly recommended. I've been there for 3 years and in the meantime I've learned a lot about technique, correct alignment on the yoga mat and in life. Her classes are a great mix of practical, theoretical yoga and body therapy. In addition, as a naturopath, she has in-depth knowledge of the meridian system and the functioning of the organs, which is excellently incorporated into her teaching of the most diverse Assanas. I also like the direct way in which she always gives direct feedback. I have not been able to experience such a comprehensive mix in other yoga classes. I am very grateful to be able to study with Petra.

Before I came to Petra's yoga school, I had been doing yoga myself for a few years. I wanted to do something more professional and was not disappointed: Iyengar yoga is a revelation and Petra is an ambitious and conscientious teacher. She not only teaches asanas but also how to become a yogi. The path is rocky at times, but it's worth it.

I've been there for 4 months and in this relatively short time I was able to significantly increase my mobility in the joints. I also got a deeper feeling for my body and can push my limits better without feeling overwhelmed. The groups are a good size and the lessons with Petra are great fun 🙂

Yoga where you stand. Personal care, small groups. Been there for 12 years and still enthusiastic. Petra teaches, motivates and gives input beyond physical yoga. Unreservedly recommended.
