Iyengar Yoga School

I've been looking for an Iyengar yoga school for a long time where I feel comfortable and in good hands. With Petra I found what I was looking for - small groups in which everyone can develop individually, an attentive and very experienced teacher with a lot of knowledge about yoga and the human body. Due to the small groups, there is always a certain amount of individual support - Petra goes into the physical requirements and limits of her students in class and explains the techniques and processes in the body very well and understandably. The lessons are varied and I learn something new for myself every time. I can only recommend Iyengar yoga and this studio to anyone who wants to do something good for themselves. �

I have been a student of Petra Hebeler for many years and can fully recommend this yoga school. Petra has a sound education and expertise as a yoga teacher. Her additional years of experience make her teaching absolutely valuable to me. The individual students are always addressed individually, so that everyone can benefit. I particularly like that there are no usual drop-in classes, but fixed groups that can develop together over a certain period of time. Petra's lessons are demanding, great importance is attached to precise alignment and exact practice. But everything with a lot of heart and fun in the matter! :-)
