This studio offers an incredible experience. The Barre course left me drenched in sweat. The ambiance is reminiscent of a luxurious spa or resort. The spacious changing room and impressive toilet facilities add to the overall experience. The receptionist kindly helped me open my locker twice. Despite the large room, the closely placed mats allowed for a full stretch and engagement of every muscle. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place. They also prioritize sustainability by providing towels for mat cleaning instead of disposable hand paper towels. Overall, it's the perfect haven for relaxation and rejuvenation.

I love this place! And I am an absolute fan of Sami (Samantha) Giron’s classes! My body always feel so amazing after their classes and has helped my low back pain a lot. Sami is such a great teacher who really takes in the needs of their students and always delivers a stellar experience. If you want to feel more connected to your body, get stronger and move in a more healthy way then I highly recommend Sami’s classes: Classic Barre, Center Barre, and Pilates.

I think this whole experience should have come with a crystal ball in which I could have seen where to go and what to do, in the studio and the class. There was no one at the front desk when I came in, afterwards there were 2 women who never looked at me (okay not never, see ps), one was staring at her phone and the other one was stretching on the floor of the lobby. That was strange, but the worst thing was the class itself. I did classic barre and had I not been doing some ballet in my life I wouldn’t have had a clue. Frankly, like most people in the class didn’t have a clue and the teacher surely never told them. She barely even explained the exercise and there’s just no use in doing all of what we did when you’re not actually doing it because you don’t know how to and no one corrects you. She even kept saying ’great’ when even I could see nothing was great and miscounted a lot so sometimes we did a lot on one side and then not half of it on the other. I get that when you’re a dancer and you have to teach people that don’t have a clue about dancing that can be frustrating, but this wasn’t a class and I don’t think I’ll try a class here again. Ps. According to the reaction down here: no, I was not greeted, no one was there. When I came down after class and the girl was on the floor stretching I needed to put something in my bag and when she stared at me (actually then she did at least look at me for a few seconds) I told her I needed to get organized and then left.

Always a pleasure to visit this place. The classes are amazing, has very professional trainers and class starts on time. It's very clean, has great changing rooms and the waiting room is so relaxing. They have water, tea, towels for free. It's my favourite yoga spot in town so far.

Love this gym. Especially the Pilates classes with Sam. She is able to teach a whole room of people at different levels and individualise what each person needs in terms of corrections or challenges. The gym itself is beautiful, clean and modern and the receptionists are all really nice.
