Juicy Yoga Bürknerstraße Berlin - Balanceboat is a business in Yoga Studio category. The Yoga Studio is located at Bürknerstraße 12, 12047 Berlin, Germany
I recently came to Berlin to visit a friend of mine who recommended this class to me, and I am so happy I took it.
Tucked away at the back of a vintage store called YUMMY, JUICY was led by the owner of the shop Delphine. We were able to come into the shop (after hours), head over to a clean change room equipped with a washroom and a curtained off section, and Delphine locked the store's door so no one would be able to come in during the class.
The atmosphere was soothing, warmly lit with candles, salt lamps, and gentle music ebbing through the space. Something about the space that was so exciting to me was the high ceilings! When doing yoga in a space with low ceilings is all you have done for years, being in a space with a high roof really feels like you can reach past your body, and feel more grounded with the practise.
The class I took with Delphine felt like a deep release class. It was a bit cold in the space, but I didn't mind wearing layers esp. since we were generating a lot of body heat holding different positions and weaving through phrases expertly lead by Delphine. She is an extremely patient, generous and powerful teacher with a calming British accent and a gregarious smile! She checked in with the group at the beginning of class and was extremely accommodating to all body modalities within the room : I have a severe knee injury that prevents me from some yoga positions and I didn't feel embarrassed that I had to take some positions differently or not at all!
At 8 Euros this class is affordable for this Canadian who would be paying 25$ CAN for a single class in a major city like Toronto or Vancouver. If you have the chance to be in Berlin and want to stretch your limbs and feel connected to you, your surroundings, and people, I highly recommend this affordable, safe and liberating class.

One of my favourite yoga studios in Berlin! A lovely intimate place to practise and safe space to unwind and reconnect to the breath, avoiding the USC crowds (and impersonal feeling that can accompany them). Fab teacher with the most luscious voice (not to sound creepy!) who offers options for all levels, and a super nice community feeling as there are always familiar faces. Love love love Juicy yoga!

This is such a lovely space for yoga. The yoga instructor Delphine is a dream. She's so warm and friendly, and took us through a great practice. It was really easy to follow her lead through the flow. There was the right balance of calm and meditation as well as some deep juicy stretches. I'll be back!

Juicy is by far the best yoga experience I’ve had in Berlin. Deeply restorative. The teacher Delphine’s taste in music brings the class to the next level. She curates the room’s ambience so thoughtfully. Would absolute recommend checking it out!
