Classes and studio are nice but customer experience is bad. I applied for cancelling my contract on April, they said they'll send an approval via email but guess what... I never heard of them. You can make contracts, but can't cancel beware of this fact before you sign in.

Since I live in Berlin I tried few times Yoga. Something about this studio is just so friendly and welcoming that you Do feel so fast at home. Selina gave me a small tour and I even got a Tee, could not ask for more than that. Price wise, quite fair, include machines and Sauna, lovely. Again, the team is just great! Thanks Lagoa, we see us very soon again!🙏❤️🍀

I've been training at Lagoa since 2018. It's a welcoming, warm and energetic place with possibly the best teachers one could hope to find. As they say in marketing, Lagoa delivers and not just training but a whole experience. My recommendation is to drop by and try for yourself.

Communication is horrible. They claim that their email address is not working. In my opinion every business should have an email address especially during times when people were supposed to stay at home. They provide a few hours when you can call, but usually they don't pick up. One woman claimed that I call too often, so she ignored my calls (I only called, because they were not willing to help me or provide valid information). They promise everything and they don't deliver. They said we are going to get a compensation for the two months they were closed. I received NOTHING. The only helpful lady was Irene, Thank you! I would like the LAGOA YOGA GmbH. to refund the month March and April for me. I paid for a service which they were unable to provide.

Essentially very well designed concept, unfortunately ist's getting more and more crowded each month. Too many clients per class. 10-15 would be ideal, instead there are getting squeezed in at leat 20 and once with Fabienne over 30. That's ineffective and the idea of a good training is counteracted upon. Excellent teachers. There is always shortage of barre-space and space in general despite the in fact generous studio. E.g. at least one additonal barre is required to maintain standard. More classes per day, Pilates and Barre, hugely would improve the situation.

We attended a yoga class as a beginner group, which totally inspired us. Thomas' friendly and cordial nature, the calm voice of our yoga teacher and the ambience make us book a next appointment with great anticipation.

Small yoga studio for women - fortunately not a chain - nice and relaxed atmosphere with relaxation area and sauna. Course offer also includes other courses, not only yoga. I've been a member for many years and I'm now a big yoga fan. Great teachers! A very special thanks to Holger!

Best yoga studio in City West. A wide range of courses, a very family atmosphere, experienced teachers and a very nice front desk team. Great value for money, nice ambience and sauna. During the closure due to Corona, online courses and outdoor courses were offered! Top!!! I've been a loyal member for over 2 years and can't imagine a better yoga studio! Beautiful yoga studio, very clean and comfortable. Including sauna, which is a big plus. :) The lesson was very relaxed and comfortable. All employees were very nice and helpful. I can only recommend the Lagoa Yoga Studio and would go back anytime!

Lagoa Gym is a great place to exercise. You are greeted in a friendly manner and feel right at home, since it is not an overcrowded "mass studio" but a small, private studio with a lounge character. I was particularly impressed by the competent yoga teachers! The studio is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. In general, I can recommend this studio to every woman who wants to do something for her mind and body in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It is also very suitable for newcomers to sports or those returning to the sport, as the trainers take the time to explain the equipment and exercises in an understandable way...

Nice little studio, with great trainers and friendly staff. The only downside is the size of the studio. Unfortunately, the courses are very full at peak times, i.e. usually after work. The offer of the sauna is great, but unfortunately it is not in operation in the morning and therefore too crowded at peak times.

Great studio with a primary focus on yoga classes, however there is also a wide range of courses available, with Pilates, ballet barre or cardio kickboxing or crosscircle being offered. The studio also offers a sauna and a functional training area for members. For 58€ per month I can only train unlimitedly here! I love this studio, the extremely competent and great teachers and the friendly girls at the reception. big <3
