Lagoa Yoga

Classes and studio are nice but customer experience is bad. I applied for cancelling my contract on April, they said they'll send an approval via email but guess what... I never heard of them. You can make contracts, but can't cancel beware of this fact before you sign in.

Since I live in Berlin I tried few times Yoga. Something about this studio is just so friendly and welcoming that you Do feel so fast at home. Selina gave me a small tour and I even got a Tee, could not ask for more than that. Price wise, quite fair, include machines and Sauna, lovely. Again, the team is just great! Thanks Lagoa, we see us very soon again!🙏❤️🍀

I've been training at Lagoa since 2018. It's a welcoming, warm and energetic place with possibly the best teachers one could hope to find. As they say in marketing, Lagoa delivers and not just training but a whole experience. My recommendation is to drop by and try for yourself.

Communication is horrible. They claim that their email address is not working. In my opinion every business should have an email address especially during times when people were supposed to stay at home. They provide a few hours when you can call, but usually they don't pick up. One woman claimed that I call too often, so she ignored my calls (I only called, because they were not willing to help me or provide valid information). They promise everything and they don't deliver. They said we are going to get a compensation for the two months they were closed. I received NOTHING. The only helpful lady was Irene, Thank you! I would like the LAGOA YOGA GmbH. to refund the month March and April for me. I paid for a service which they were unable to provide.

Essentially very well designed concept, unfortunately ist's getting more and more crowded each month. Too many clients per class. 10-15 would be ideal, instead there are getting squeezed in at leat 20 and once with Fabienne over 30. That's ineffective and the idea of a good training is counteracted upon. Excellent teachers. There is always shortage of barre-space and space in general despite the in fact generous studio. E.g. at least one additonal barre is required to maintain standard. More classes per day, Pilates and Barre, hugely would improve the situation.
