I really enjoyed the "Healthy Back I-II" lesson yesterday ✨ The atmosphere was great! This was my very first yoga class on site. I have always taken online courses. And with Urban Sports I come by more often now ☺️

Unfortunately I really can't give any stars. This yoga studio still has some teething problems before it can compete with the many good alternatives in the area. I took part in a back yoga course that was listed as level 1-2. Here's the arrival: the entrance is not very clearly visible and is easily overlooked. I was not greeted, only in the room was it checked whether I had been vaccinated or whether I had booked at all.
The room itself was cold, I was a bit cold without socks, but equipped with everything needed for yoga. There was very little space and too narrow for the group size, we hardly had any distance, which led to problems with some exercises. I was also bothered by the fact that cables are clearly visible, but the room is absolutely sterile white and has no green or anything else.
The back yoga was actually just a series of stretching exercises and almost no yoga. I would have given the level as level 0. I was severely disappointed and felt my time wasted. Since the course was held as an online course at the same time, the yogini in front had no eyes for us and only watched her screen in front of her. So many on site (including me) had visible problems and performed exercises incorrectly without being corrected. But even so, she seemed unmotivated and not relaxed. The transmission made her speak very loudly, which added to the non-relaxation. Being yelled at to do shavasana just doesn't feel like it.

Unfortunately, the Hatha Yoga class did not convince me. On the one hand, for me it was more extensive stretching exercises than yoga, since the teacher didn't teach much beyond the "stretching instructions". I would have liked a few more words about body awareness, mental relaxation, etc. Due to the parallel stream, she was mostly directed at the camera and didn't respond to the participants in the room (corrected etc.)
The interior of the studio seems a bit bare and uninviting to me, but of course that's a matter of taste.

A great yoga studio with an incredibly warm atmosphere. The teachers are very competent and hospitable. It was a good decision to complete my yoga teacher training here. I'm learning an awful lot about myself and I feel like I'm growing a little bit from weekend to weekend. In addition to the lessons, the cozy cafe also provides porridge, delicious ice cream and much more. Simply a place to relax!!!
In addition, there is the feeling of security and connection with this place, since I grew up a few houses down. 🥰

First and foremost, I really like the classes. I am currently doing (my) 200 hour yoga teacher training here and I am totally happy with all the information we receive. I really enjoy the lessons. The owners are very hospitable and professional. The studio is clean, mats and disinfection are provided. The courses are provided live and online. The location is central. After class you can get an ice cream or have a tea/coffee. What more could you want :D
