Horrible place, please avoid at all cost. I came here with Urban Sports Club, after checking in, I was learned that the class was cancelled without any reasons. They said they would refund people who came directly to the studio, but for those who came with Urban Sports Club, there’s only the meaningless apology with not even any attempts to fix the situation. When I said that I was going to leave and just simply write a complaint, they continued with talking about how amazing this place was and how Urban Sports Club is a bad partner. I left, went to my bike, sitting there writing a complaint to both google reviews and USC. The owner came to me 15 minutes later, and be like hey I can give you a voucher. Well, no thanks, since this was only offered after they realized that I was really going to write a complaint. When I refused this “kind offer”, the owner cursed me with “karma will come back to you”. Wow, how lovely! Well now I hope the karma will come back to this studio as well.

Capoeira teacher Alex is the best Capoeira teacher in Berlin, unfortunately the owner of Remedy Studio has no POSTURE with the costumers. They do not allow people to arrive early to pick up or early from the start to stay in the reception. They do not allow parents to stay in the STUDIO. We have to stay outside cold, rain, tired. We are never not allowed to be there in the sitting area. We receive many emails always complain about the kids taking their time to get dressed. If you are not flexible, do not do activities for Kids. Last time we arrive early and i wanted to pay and prepare my kid, she just instead of saying hello or good afternoon, she says what time is it?? and kicked me out because we were early. We pay around 12,00 euro per class and it is extremely disappointing to be treated like this. I did fore a long time also Yoga with USC. Same, sometimes this Lady shows up shouting in the middle of the class making even less PROFESSIONAL. Sorry for the Mestre Alex what is great but my money they wont take anymore.

Great studio. I love the pilates classes with Alexandra on Wednesdays. She does a nice job introducing new exercises every week and she pushes us to challenge ourselves. There is always such a great vibe in her classes. I was completely new to Pilates when I started going to her classes and now I’m hooked. :)

I am joining their Pilates classes since last month and already feeling much better about my body. The instructors Ami and Alex are so professional and have a great sense of humor which makes the classes fun. The studio also has a good atmosphere for training. I highly recommend!

Just had my first yin yoga class at the studio. I had a long intense day and that class was a lifesaver. The class was taught by Cortney who gave warm accommodating vibes and helped me relax throughout the whole class (my mind didn't wander as much as it usually does)

I used to practice Capoeira with Alex and I can only recommend to everyone, experienced or not. The classes are super fun and Alex is a very patient instructor. Capoeira is an incredible sport and beneficial in many ways. With this class you will not only improve your physical condition, but also your reflexes and even your emotional balance. Can't wait to join the classes again :)

I contacted Ami this February, as I worked with her many years ago and know how skilled she is. Because of sickness I spent many weeks in hospital and couldn’t move. I lost my strength and my muscles were very weak. I could barely move. Before my sickness I was practicing Yoga and was a Hobby dancer. I was really in bad shape. Ami helped me back on my feet. It is mind blowing how fast that worked. I strongly recommend a series of private equipment class with her. You get what is written on the website: a body transformation and a new range of mobility. Her method is unique, if you are committed and trust her, it is the best you can do for yourself and your body. I would have never imagined I am able to dance again, but I could thanks to Ami. You get better posture, body alignment and relief from chronic pain too. I also recommend all group classes in the study, as this supports your training. The study is on another level. Strongly recommended for rehabilitation too. You should definitely go there.

Absolutely enjoyed capoeira class with Alex! I was very nervous at first since I've never practiced it before but he made this experience so effortless and fun that I quickly felt comfortable in a new learning environment! Definitely will be back!

I discovered the intermediate pilates class with Alexandra two weeks ago and I am definitely coming back. I like the intensity and diversity of the excercises and also the relaxed athmosphere during the class. I totally recommend

I have a slipped disc on my lower lumbar. This thing does hurt to the point where I'm unable to function and perform my daily activities. The doctor recommended Pilates and a lovely friend told me about the private Pilates sessions with Ami Garmon. Being the sports-averse person I am, I was extremely skeptical but decided to give it a try. Ami did change my life. Her technique is unique, not standard Pilates. The sessions are completely tailored to her clients needs. She's extremely knowledgeable, a nerd when it comes to physical education and also very precise explaining the exact movements, which muscles should do what. She's also extremely funny and even the heavier sessions are super enjoyable. Since I started my private sessions with her the pain is gone and to me that's a reason to be forever grateful. Bonus: the studio is just beautiful and the staff is very caring.

If you want to learn how many muscles you have and how to use them, I recommend to join Alex' Capoeira class on Mondays - you will feel all muscles on Tuesday! The classes are fun and great for improving balance, strength and overall fitness.

Exceptional studio for Pilates and yoga. Great range of classes, talented trainers, beautiful facilities. I have been visiting Remedy for many years and can't recommend it highly enough. The private classes with Amy helped me recover from serious back injury to the point where I was confident enough to run a marathon! I regularly attend the Saturday morning successful beginner Pilates class which, though I have years of experience, still teaches me a ton and happens to be challenging and hilarious at the same time. I also attend a Pilates circuit class for up to 4 people which uses the machines and gives you the attention and mysterious x-ray vision powered insight of a private class but at half the price. Check it out!

I only discovered the studio during the lockdown so I haven't been there in person yet, but I have been taking Pilates classes online for several months and warmly recommend Josephine Haas who is a truly wonderful Pilates instructor who gives great and encouraging corrections. I feel like I have really made progress in the few months I have been training with her, and I have worked with many Pilates instructors over the years.

I can highly recommend the studio - the group classes and the private pilates sessions with Ami, the experienced director. The main language is English which is fine for me and the atmosphere is very lovely.
