Unfortunately I had a horrible yoga-experience with the teacher Kirstin. She acted very impatient and passive-aggressive. I rather use to associate yoga with peace and the possibility to clear the mind. Although I payed for this lesson and took a long way to the studio, I tried to see this experience as a next level challenge to focus on myself. But it’s not what feels good, especially after an intense work day. That’s why I would not at all recommend, at least do absolutely avoid a lesson with Kerstin! The lesson took place the 12th of august at 8:15 pm.

I've been there twice and this place has such a big problem with ventilation, that I'm afraid it may have been my last time. At least in the summer. Both times, teachers were nice, classes were slow paced and perfect for a bit of movement and relaxation. The atmosphere doesn't feel too personal though, because classes are streamed online, teachers don't talk in detail about the technique, never look at people and correct them, it feels pretty disconnected.
But the main problem is that it is not a big room, I don't think windows fully open and there is not even one small fan. It is extremely hot inside and I don't understand why they don't just have two fans running or don't properly let fresh air in. It has been a problem both times I've been there, just the first time during the winter it was really smelly in there.
I don't understand why studios won't make such a small change for the comfort of everyone in the class, especially post corona times when we all learned how important it is to get some fresh air in. So unfortunately due to this, the place is neither hygenic nor safe and very uncomfortable and I can't imagine how would it feel if the class was actually more fast paced.

I've had two experiences with this studio; The first, the teacher showed up late and then took time to set up the class so it started rougly 15 min late. The second, today, I waited for about 10 min outside the closed studio but no teacher showed up in that time so I left. Completely unprofessional!

I just attended an online course via USC. I really liked the „Yin Yoga“ even though I booked „Stretch Relax Meditate“ which was odd. Unfortunately the sound was awful. I could hardly understand what the instructor was saying. And the background music came only in fragments. Maybe you could try to use a headset in the future. And for the music you could include it on the computer inside the zoom app. Then it would be a 5/5 ;-)

booked a Power Pilates session with USC, stood in front of the locked door until 10 minutes after the start, a woman came, unlocked the studio and just ran away again. After another 5 minutes a woman appeared who did very strange exercises with us. At the end she said that she actually only teaches yoga, which was clearly noticeable. Too bad it was definitely a waste of time.
