I can personally recommend doing yoga with Yalp studio for the competence of it's teachers and the great mood and explainations during the lesson. I also did ayurvedic massages with Luana and all I can say she has golden hands, so far best massages ever

I've started practising Yoga with Luana two years ago. I've experienced her as a very patient, precise, and considerate teacher. Since the classes are small she can give a lot of attention to each student individually which is particularly helpful for beginners. Also, it is clear that for Luana Yoga is not just a healthy physical practise with an interesting and exotic history. Rather she lives it wholeheartedly and reflects it in her own way, encouraging her students to find their approach to Yoga while at the same being mindful of the tradition and a precise practise.
