Yoga Delta Berlin Christinenstraße Berlin - Balanceboat is a business in Yoga Studio category. The Yoga Studio is located at Christinenstraße 21, 10119 Berlin, Germany
I liked going to this yoga school (Mitte Studio). First, the place is beautiful. The rooms are well decorated, with flowers, candles. It is a very nice, relaxed atmosphere. People looked happy to be there and I was happy too! Classes offer a whole yoga experience: meditation, pranayama, asanas, mantra, some music, set an intention for the practice.
It might not look like the classes you are used to in other studios.
Then, teachers are skilled, and are referring to mantra, they play some indian music, use chanting bowls. I really enjoyed this spiritual touch. I had 3 different classes there: Kundalini, Hatha and Yang Yin yoga.
Hatha Yoga with Christiana was very instructive, she taught many mudras/bandhas/pranayama and used the Sanskrit terminology. I really appreciated that I could hear the Sanskrit terms. I have learnt new things thanks to her. It was a nice experience. She is also very welcoming and kind.
Some few cons for me: they mainly teach in German (or maybe only in German). My German level is B1 and I was able to follow the classes, which is cool. It is not very international. It is a bit too slow to me, not energetic enough. I think I like to sweat more.

Large and bright rooms, the studio itself is in the backyard, so every yoga class takes place here undisturbed by cars or other noise. Yoga for pregnant women with Ulrike is by far the best course in P-berg!

During my pregnancy I took part in pregnancy yoga with Ulrike for several months - that's how I came to the studio. I was able to take part in the on-site training for a few months, and then for the last few weeks due to Corona I did it online. I can only recommend it to every woman, I think the trainer does it really well, creates a great atmosphere of mindfulness and a relaxing training through demanding, adapted movements and phases of pausing and investigating. The studio itself is nicely decorated and was the first studio I knew of going live in March after lockdown. Keep it up and thank you!

Absolutely my favorite yoga temple in Berlin Mitte.
Well hidden, you can completely relax here. The ceilings are high, the atmosphere lovely and the equipment is complete.
I especially liked the Kundalini lessons with Ilona and the Vinyasa Flow with Sole. Thank you for this great training!

The YogaDelta is a very clean and properly run yoga studio where you can feel comfortable. The team treats customers very friendly and the price-performance ratio is right. It's great that the courses aren't so crowded and you can look at a different course at any time. This makes it possible to find the perfect course for the respective person with their concerns from the wide range of courses on offer. The teachers teach at a very good level and they can always help you with individual questions, but you can also find a short but very extensive video about the YogaDelta with their yoga directions on the website. Everything is included in the price! All kinds of seat cushions and yoga mats as well as tea and water are available in every room. You only have to take a towel and your sports gear with you. It's always nice to come back to the great designed and furnished studio!
