Great workout that I highly recommend! Claudia makes the hours so varied that the training session flies by and is really fun. Afterwards you just feel good - exhausted and full of energy at the same time and perfectly stretched out. I feel 10cm taller every time and the back pain is finally gone. I also find it remarkable that Claudia always keeps an eye on everyone online, recognizes and corrects incorrect execution of the exercises and is also able to respond to individual problems and special features. Online training is also really useful!

I highly recommend Pilates at Claudia! After the retraining course, I stayed with it straight away because it's good for me. Although it is of course even more fun on site, the exercises can also be carried out online at home and for everyone who wants to do something good for their body. The training is challenging without being overwhelming and your body will thank you! The holistic approach and her own progress gradually create trust in Claudia's competence.

Training with Claudia Bartel is pure joy. I have been training with her online and in person for many years (currently also personal training). She makes the lessons very varied and has an excellent eye - in other words: she corrects very well, so that you quickly learn how to do it right. She also notes who has which restrictions at the moment and gives alternative exercises if necessary. You can tell she loves what she does. Pilates is really fun with Claudia and I'm not tempted to take a break. She gives 100 percent and I give her five stars.

I looked for a Pilates trainer in my area and found Claudia. Since I mainly wanted to strengthen my muscles and pelvic floor again after the pregnancy, our focus was initially on post-natal rehabilitation, which she also offers. I've always done a lot of sport, but now for the first time I feel more stable in my core and get a feeling for my core. Claudia pays attention to my weaknesses and then trains them specifically next time. I'm really happy with the way she's approaching our one-on-one sessions and look forward to many more.
