Claudia puts together a varied program for each hour that takes every area of the body equally into account, so that I always feel very comfortable afterwards. She is super nice, motivating, attentive and seems to enjoy Pilates a lot herself.
She describes each exercise so precisely that you can understand very well how the body should feel while doing it. This is super important, especially during recovery, but unfortunately very rare. Claudia also pays very close attention to all participants in the Zoom courses and points out in a friendly and patient manner how things can be done even better.
I feel in good hands with Claudia.
