Iyengar Yoga Zentrum Köln-mitte

I've been going to the Iyengar Yoga Center Cologne-Mitte for years and feel like I'm in great hands with all the teachers. I used to go to other studios, but since I've been there, no other method is an option for me. Even during Corona/lockdown times, the studio was totally flexible and always there for us practicing and corrected us on the screen. The Medical Class is also great for all people with disabilities!

No fancy lifestyle yoga, but demanding and serious courses with very precise instructions, even with physical limitations!!! Take an Intermediate 1 class. The teachers really try to do justice to all course members and find individual solutions. Highly Recommended!

There are many types of yoga. You have to try out which yoga you find right for you. I've become a big fan of Iyengar yoga because for me this type of yoga is body therapy yoga. You really get to know every bone, every muscle, every tendon in yourself. And you learn to align everything with each other and with each other in such a way that the body is strengthened and the components fit together in a good and correct way. After the lesson you are often a bit taller and more stretched :-)). In the Iyengar Yoga Center Mitte in particular, I find exactly the type of Iyvengar yoga class that suits me: Accuracy, commitment and patience with me as a learner, as well as appreciation and cordiality in dealing with people. Very friendly atmosphere, competent team and very nice people. Here you feel comfortable and you "man" really like going to class. Very good instructions and there is always someone to correct you and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. :-) :-) :-) Thanks a lot for this!
