Course failures and poor maintenance and cleanliness. 👎🏽 Then there will be free training exam lessons for weeks (each participant pays 4.950€ for the training!!! ) thrown in and just before the start, they are obligatory. Just more studios, more money and no culture... Too bad ! There are better studios in cologne

So I’ve made myself feel at home since my first hour here. There is also a couch, but it doesn't make me sweat so much and challenges me to get the best out of me. I start my week here every Monday morning and it gives me the power I need to go through my days with devotion and mindfulness. I can only recommend everyone to try it for themselves. Whether in the center of the city or in the cozy German quarter. I just wanted to say Thank you.

Just got back from a great lesson with Lena!! For me, the best hours on the couch! But also the other teachers are great (especially Susa, Frank and Michi) Thank you for always great - albeit often very exhausting - hours! Namaste

Found my way to LVC circa 2008, wow yes 10 years ago! That time I came to cologne fresh from Amsterdam and was looking for a vinyasa yoga studio with a wide range of classes at different times of the day and that I didn't have to commit to a particular course/day/time... This is how I ended up on Nicole's mat in the studio in the south town... then there was no turning back! Lol! Over the years I have been to all 3 super nice Couch studios and various teachers, workshops and events! When I was fine and especially when I wasn't... I always knew if I made it on the mat it would do good! I loved the pre- and postnatal hours too! I always felt in the right place! So many couchies have grown on me! The way life plays out I haven't lived in cologne for over 3 years ... and what can i say... I miss you guys! The Couchie Community! Working out on the couch!!! Yoga studios currently exist like sand by the sea but for me there is only one Lord Vishnus Couch❤️

Some time before pregnancy I discovered the couch for myself. However, my maternal protection has become an especially great experience because of Dina's Prenatal Yoga course. I went to class past my scheduled appointment and it felt good all around. Thank you for the lovely 6 weeks and until the postnatal course next year!!
