Couch, Ouch!
Too bad, annoyed and a little sad I'm sitting here now instead of on the yoga mat: I bought a three-ticket ticket in October, I had made a nice visit to the BLG couch with it. I was going to do my second one, but the card has already expired!? Of course, you can opt for a restrictive regulation, but for a yoga studio it is quite inappropriate, as I find. The experience earlier at BLG Studio was definitely inappropriate: After I agreed that I was not aware of the short term of the three ticket and that it wasn't shared with me when I bought it, I was informed that this had been done "in all cases" (hello? ). I should look into the terms and conditions. Said, done: There is nothing specific about how long the card is valid - no clear indication. I had just put my details on the form, noticed the 5th card is limited to 3 months. A note from the employee did not come "at all cases" at this point. This is why I misunderstood when I said I did not like such a term. Then I didn't want to discuss any longer, the employee boasted on her view, a pragmatic solution or service orientation: missing indication 🤨 Anyway, I'm a little frustrated from the yoga studio again. Now I'm in another one, class is about to start. By the way, instead of a deadline, there's a bonus system for regular visitors... 😉 Would like to know if the two course hours can be replaced.
