Course failures and poor maintenance and cleanliness. 👎🏽 Then there will be free training exam lessons for weeks (each participant pays 4.950€ for the training!!! ) thrown in and just before the start, they are obligatory. Just more studios, more money and no culture... Too bad ! There are better studios in cologne

So I’ve made myself feel at home since my first hour here. There is also a couch, but it doesn't make me sweat so much and challenges me to get the best out of me. I start my week here every Monday morning and it gives me the power I need to go through my days with devotion and mindfulness. I can only recommend everyone to try it for themselves. Whether in the center of the city or in the cozy German quarter. I just wanted to say Thank you.

Just got back from a great lesson with Lena!! For me, the best hours on the couch! But also the other teachers are great (especially Susa, Frank and Michi) Thank you for always great - albeit often very exhausting - hours! Namaste

Found my way to LVC circa 2008, wow yes 10 years ago! That time I came to cologne fresh from Amsterdam and was looking for a vinyasa yoga studio with a wide range of classes at different times of the day and that I didn't have to commit to a particular course/day/time... This is how I ended up on Nicole's mat in the studio in the south town... then there was no turning back! Lol! Over the years I have been to all 3 super nice Couch studios and various teachers, workshops and events! When I was fine and especially when I wasn't... I always knew if I made it on the mat it would do good! I loved the pre- and postnatal hours too! I always felt in the right place! So many couchies have grown on me! The way life plays out I haven't lived in cologne for over 3 years ... and what can i say... I miss you guys! The Couchie Community! Working out on the couch!!! Yoga studios currently exist like sand by the sea but for me there is only one Lord Vishnus Couch❤️

Some time before pregnancy I discovered the couch for myself. However, my maternal protection has become an especially great experience because of Dina's Prenatal Yoga course. I went to class past my scheduled appointment and it felt good all around. Thank you for the lovely 6 weeks and until the postnatal course next year!!

Couch, Ouch! Too bad, annoyed and a little sad I'm sitting here now instead of on the yoga mat: I bought a three-ticket ticket in October, I had made a nice visit to the BLG couch with it. I was going to do my second one, but the card has already expired!? Of course, you can opt for a restrictive regulation, but for a yoga studio it is quite inappropriate, as I find. The experience earlier at BLG Studio was definitely inappropriate: After I agreed that I was not aware of the short term of the three ticket and that it wasn't shared with me when I bought it, I was informed that this had been done "in all cases" (hello? ). I should look into the terms and conditions. Said, done: There is nothing specific about how long the card is valid - no clear indication. I had just put my details on the form, noticed the 5th card is limited to 3 months. A note from the employee did not come "at all cases" at this point. This is why I misunderstood when I said I did not like such a term. Then I didn't want to discuss any longer, the employee boasted on her view, a pragmatic solution or service orientation: missing indication 🤨 Anyway, I'm a little frustrated from the yoga studio again. Now I'm in another one, class is about to start. By the way, instead of a deadline, there's a bonus system for regular visitors... 😉 Would like to know if the two course hours can be replaced. I need to get rid of this now. I have rarely experienced so many different yoga teachers, within, who manage to do what I can take so easily and carefree so frequently. No matter what challenge and torture it seems at first moment, I manage to come back to me so incredibly often, back to my breathing. Of course, this is up to me, and the fact that it always fits is the interplay between me and my body, and the incredible attentive attention of the teaching teachers on the couch. I myself am into slow yoga, almost in slow motion, long stretched asanas with the intuition to fall deeper into them, in the flow of breathing. The amount of difference in the teaching of teachers is simply beneficial to feel the facets of one's own being in always new ways. I can highly recommend the couch and especially the sessions with Beate, Steffie, Marko, Andrea, Sabina and Julia.... unbelievable! I really enjoy yoga here. Thank you! Oh I forgot Franca..... But try for yourself how intensely beneficial and lasting the yoga classes on the couch are! Lots of love - Namaste - Bernd

I need to say thank you today for over 3 wonderful years of membership at the unique couchies Everything is just right here. The atmosphere, the management, the many, many super-competent, loving, kind yoga teachers. In addition, there will be a huge offer of workshops, yoga treats for really every taste and wallets and trainings, e.g. Yoga teacher or breath and mindfulness teacher. By the way, I've been doing this training for 2 years and it's the best thing that happened to me in my life (and this one has lasted for 65 years) Besides, in the 3 years I have only met and loved totally nice people, I think yoga just awakens the good in us humans. Thank you for being there.
