Open Lotus Yoga And Ayurveda Centre Cologne

When I was at Openlotus for the first time, I immediately felt welcome and felt the friendly, positive energy. I also really liked the beautiful, bright rooms. The yoga classes are incredibly good, varied, very precise in the individual executions and due to the individual starting topics for each hour, very personal and warm. I am very happy to have ended up at Openlotus and look forward to many more enjoyable and instructive hours.

In the Openlotus I finally found what I was looking for for so long: well-founded yoga lessons with precise alignment, paired with a lot of heart and dedication. The rooms are very spacious, bright and friendly furnished. For me a very special place in Cologne, where I have been able to learn a lot about yoga in many lessons and during my yoga teacher training and am still learning. My absolute recommendation for beginners as well as for experienced yogis and yoga teachers!
