My course "Holistic Stress Management with Ayurveda and Mindfulness" with Ingrid Hartings is now a few months ago and I still remember almost every day the practical and everyday tips and basics of the Ayurveda way of life, which Ingrid Hartings introduced us to in a simple and understandable way .

I completed an MBSR course with Ms. Hartings by the end of January 2023.
Conclusion:
The MBSR course fully met my expectations. Many mindfulness exercises and meditations were carried out, so that one is able to continue to practice independently what one has learned. Among other things, I found it very important to recognize and perceive thoughts and feelings and how to deal with them in order to be able to adequately deal with stressful situations at an early stage. During the course I learned a lot about myself and the experience of everyday life and learned to simply perceive the real world in the "here and now" in a value-free manner, as it is in the current moment. As a more objective observer, I learned a way of dealing with difficult situations with less stress, which of course requires further constant practice. Overall, the certified MBSR course provides the tools to increasingly integrate mindfulness into your own life. Ms. Ingrid Hartings has a great deal of experience and a high level of expertise and has always led the MBSR course professionally and authentically. Ms. Hartings conveyed the course content sensitively and passionately, which had a very good effect on the pleasant atmosphere in our group. I really enjoyed attending the MBSR course, learned a lot and can highly recommend the course.

Ingrid radiates a pleasant calm and always has an open ear for the feelings of all participants. The recommended exercises in everyday life brought me a lot and helped me to cope with my stress.
